The Fund invests substantially all of its assets in municipal bonds, the interest from which is exempt from federal and California State income tax. It also invests in residual interest municipal bonds/residual interest tax-exempt bonds. Allianz Global Investors Fund Management LLC serves as the Fund's investment manager and is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Allianz Global Investors of America L.P. (Allianz Global). Allianz Global is an indirect majority-owned subsidiary of Allianz SE. The Fund's sub-advisor is Pacific Investment Management Company LLC."
