Entravision Communications Corporation (Entravision) and its wholly owned subsidiaries is a Spanish-language media company utilizing a combination of television and radio operations to reach Hispanic consumers across the United States, as well as the border markets of Mexico. The Company owns and/or operates 50 primary television stations, a majority of which is located in the southwestern United States, including several key United States/Mexican border markets. Entravision is an affiliate group of both the Univision television network and Univision’s TeleFutura network, with television stations in 20 of the 50 United States Hispanic markets. The Company owns and operates a group of primarily Spanish-language radio stations in the United States. It owns and/or operates 48 radio stations in 19 United States markets.
